The first nominee for the July edition of Sweatshirt Blanket’s Spread Your Warmth Campaign is the Cherry Street Mission. Their mission is to serve all who come to them in need and to provide purposeful discipleship by rescuing the downtrodden, restoring home to the hopeless and releasing God’s greatness to those they serve.

Andy’s Army and CranioKids are May’s winners

The seventh and final day of the voting period for May’s edition of the Spread Your Warmth campaign came to a premature end yesterday. We had an issue with our polling system and we were forced to close the voting a few hours early. As soon as the issue was brought to our attention we approached the two organizations that had been in the running for the May contest to discuss the situation.

Love of Linda Cancer Fund

The ninth nominee for the May edition of Sweatshirt Blanket’s Spread Your Warmth campaign is the Love of Linda Cancer Fund. This organization is named after Linda Bickel Grassi who lost her battle with ovarian cancer in 1994 and her work and love continue through the Love of Linda Cancer Fund.
